リズムマシンやシンセサイザーを複数使い、即興でその場限りのトラックを作り上げるアーティスト。ソロ名義とユニットConverge+として、NYのNite Groovesをはじめ世界のレーベルから60以上のTechno、Houseトラックをリリース。

札幌でハードウェアの電子楽器で演奏するライブイベント「beep」を50回以上開催。拠点とする札幌以外にも、東京、大阪、名古屋など日本各地のイベントにライブアクトとして多数出演。2023年には、イタリアのLETS TECHNO RecordsよりリリースしたEP "Future Memory"がBeatportのTop 10 ReleasesでMelodic House & Technoチャート9位、Indie Danceでは2位を記録。2025年6月にリリースのFearless Recordingsのコンピレーションアルバム”Tree of Life”も3位を記録。フランスのNaeba RecordsからリリースしたNight Loop feat. SAyAはボーカルトラックとしての評価も高く、Remixも制作された。

 

Takashi Sasaki is an artist who creates unique, on-the-spot tracks by utilizing multiple rhythm machines and synthesizers and performing improvisationally. Under his solo alias and as part of the unit Converge+, he has released over 60 Techno and House tracks on labels worldwide, including NY's Nite Grooves.

 

He has hosted "beep," a live event featuring hardware electronic instruments in Sapporo, over 50 times. Beyond his base in Sapporo, he has also performed live at numerous events across Japan, including Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya. In 2023, his EP "Future Memory," released by Italy's LETS TECHNO Records, reached #9 on Beatport's Top 10 Releases for Melodic House & Techno, and #2 in Indie Dance. His track on Fearless Recordings' compilation album "Tree of Life," set for release in June 2025, also reached #3. "Night Loop feat. SAyA," released by France's Naeba Records, is highly regarded as a vocal track, and a remix was also produced.
